Role summary

Gandiva Insights LLC is seeking an Automation Engineer for a medical device client in Massachusetts. This hands-on role focuses on Allen-Bradley PLC systems (ControlLogix/CompactLogix, Studio 5000) and 3D Printing/Additive Manufacturing automation within a regulated FDA environment. Responsibilities include developing, commissioning, and optimizing automated equipment, integrating and validating 3D printing processes, and supporting IQ/OQ/PQ activities and documentation. Candidates should have strong Allen-Bradley PLC experience and exposure to regulated manufacturing environments. This is a W2 role only.

Here at Gandiva Insights LLC, we are currently working on an Automation Engineer opportunity supporting a medical device client in Massachusetts. This is a hands-on technical role focused on Allen-Bradley PLC systems (ControlLogix/CompactLogix, Studio 5000) and 3D Printing/Additive

Manufacturing automation within a regulated FDA environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, commissioning, and optimizing automated equipment
  • Integrating and validating 3D Printing/Additive Manufacturing processes
  • Supporting IQ/OQ/PQ activities, documentation, and change control processes
  • Collaborating closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams
  • We are looking for candidates with strong Allen-Bradley PLC experience, exposure to regulated manufacturing environments (medical devices, pharmaceutical, biotech, etc.), and ideally hands-on experience with 3D printing or advanced manufacturing systems.

This is a W2 role only. No C2C or third-party candidates.
