Role summary
GDIT is seeking a Web Developer with an active Top Secret clearance to support the CNIC N6 IT Support team. This role involves system administration and development/maintenance for the Commander, Navy Installation Command (CNIC) TWMS application in an AWS Cloud Environment. Responsibilities include developing, designing, and coding modules for the Navy Total Work Force Management (TWMS) application using technologies like Visual Studio, Classic ASP, ASP.NET, C#, HTML, Bootstrap, and MS SQL. The developer will also build Information Assurance (IA) into systems, assist with security functionality implementation, and maintain TWMS modules. The position requires 8 years of web development experience, AWS cloud experience, and a Security+ CE certification. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite in San Diego, CA, and 2 days remote.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Web Developer, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of our CNIC N6 IT Support team which provides system administration and development/maintenance support of Commander, Navy Installation Command (CNIC) TWMS application.
- Web applications developer/Cyber security Engineer for the Department of the Navy's (DoN) Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS) software application in an AWS Cloud Environment.
- Develop, design, and code modules development for the Navy Total Work Force Management (TWMS).
- Utilize Visual Studio, Classic ASP, ASP.NET, C#, HTML, CS, Bootstrap, MS SQL language, MS-SQL Server Management Studio
- Build IA into systems deployed to operational environments (Windows Server).
- Assist architects and systems developers in the identification and implementation of appropriate information security functionality to ensure uniform application security policy and enterprise solutions.
- Develop / Maintain TWMS Web Modules/processes:Information module, CWF module, CWF Designation Letter, CWF Workforce editing tool, Document Upload module TWMS Modules responsibility include but not limited to: TWMS General
- Modify TWMS DB and programs
- Process Tier II/III Remedy tickets Requests supporting TWMS functionality and data errors, and correcting issues as identified
- Coordinate with TWMS via TWMS tickets
- Track tasking through TWMS tracking system
- Status reporting.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

- Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret clearance.
- Required Experience:
- 8 years of Web Development experience.
- Experience utilizing Visual Studio, Classic ASP, ASP.NET, C#, HTML, CS, Bootstrap, MS SQL language, MS-SQL Server Management Studio
- Experience developing applications in an AWS cloud environment.
- Required Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT II compliant - Security+ CE
- Education: BS Degree or equivalent Computer Science or IT related degree
- Location: Hybrid - 3 days onsite in San Diego, CA + 2 days remote
- US Citizenship required

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $124,093 - $147,626. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
