Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Product Designer. The position is based in McLean, VA, with an opportunity for remote work. The Product Designer will be responsible for conceiving and creating visual and user-centric designs for our platform. Daily tasks include user research, wireframing, prototyping, developing new design concepts, and closely collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers to optimize user experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design, User Interface (UI) Design, wireframing, and prototyping tools
• Strong visual and graphic design skills, with a focus on creating high-quality mockups and interfaces
• Knowledge of User Research, including conducting interviews, usability testing, and gathering feedback to inform design decisions
• Experience with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers
• Understanding of responsive design principles and ability to design intuitive, mobile-friendly interfaces
• Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and iterate designs based on team and user feedback
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in designing for gig marketplaces or e-commerce platforms is a plus
