### What you’ll tackle
- Research, test, and evaluate electrical systems, components, and controls across the facility to drive performance and reliability.
- Design test methods and analyze results to verify system capabilities and properties.
- Lead the Facility Maintenance Team to keep PMs, repairs, and improvements on schedule and up to standard.
- Coordinate specifications, quotations, and delivery with contractors, vendors, engineers, and utility partners for electrical and automation projects.
- Maintain accurate data, reporting, and documentation for equipment and automation controls.
- Contribute to capital and expense budgeting, and support prudent spend management.
- Champion compliance with federal and state regulations as well as customer, quality, and safety requirements.
- Provide guidance on maintenance strategies, modifications, and upgrade roadmaps.
- Act as the team lead for construction workstreams and daily facility operations.
- Run risk assessments and juggle multiple projects with high attention to detail.
- Escalate any Environment, Health, Safety, or Quality risks immediately.
### What you bring
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Strong command of electrical power, automation/control systems, and materials selection.
- Hands-on experience with facility electrical systems and maintenance leadership.
- Working knowledge of OSHA, ISO/TS 16949, and ISO 14001 frameworks.
- Clear communicator with excellent organizational and project leadership skills.
- Self-starter who leads teams and delivers under tight timelines.
