Job Summary

Apple is seeking a skilled
Software Engineer with strong VoIP and SIP expertise
to support development and enhancement of real-time communication systems. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of
SIP protocols, VoIP technologies, and low-level programming
, with hands-on experience in building scalable and high-performance communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain
VoIP/SIP-based communication systems
- Work with
SIP stack and SIP UA (User Agent) implementations
- Develop and optimize
media handling and session control mechanisms
- Integrate and support
Session Border Controllers (SBC) and media gateways
- Contribute to development and customization of
FreeSWITCH-based solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
call flows, signaling, and media streams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver
scalable and reliable communication platforms
- Ensure performance, stability, and security of communication systems

Required Skills

- Strong experience with
SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)
- Hands-on expertise with
SIP Stack and SIP UA (User Agent)
- Experience in
Voice/VoIP/SIP systems development
- Working knowledge of
FreeSWITCH
- Strong programming skills in
C/C++
- Understanding of
call flows, signaling protocols, and media handling

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with
SIP media gateways and Session Border Controllers (SBC)
- Exposure to
real-time communication systems
- Knowledge of
network protocols and telecommunication systems
