Glint Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced AI Data Scientist to lead enterprise-wide Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence initiatives for a healthcare-focused client. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting advanced analytics, provider data transformation, and AI-driven business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead data mining, extraction, and advanced analytical initiatives
Develop and implement AI/ML models to solve complex business problems
Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and data science techniques
Work closely with leadership on provider data accuracy and claims platform integrations
Create scalable AI/ML solutions and support best practices for data products
Translate business priorities into actionable data science deliverables
Mentor junior data scientists and guide advanced analytics initiatives
Present analytical insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Required Skills:
8+ years of Data Science experience
Strong Healthcare Provider Domain Experience Is Required
Deep understanding of provider data, claims, and claims platforms
Strong Salesforce experience is mandatory
Experience With FACETS Is Required
Expertise in AI/ML models, statistical analysis, and data mining
Experience creating LOMs related to AI adaptation in enterprise environments
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading enterprise AI/ML transformation initiatives
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work across business, analytics, and technical teams
