GMEP Engineers is a fast-growing engineering consulting firm, providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, Structural, Revit modeling & CFD analysis. We are pursuing engineering excellence with efficiency and dedication. Our main office is in Orange County, CA. Now we are seeking one AI automation Engineer in the developing team for our Lake Forest, CA office.

The main duties and responsibilities are described as follows:

• Configure, test, and maintain AI agents designed for business functions, such as marketing, client communication, and data lookup.

• Manage the deployment environment for AI agents, ensuring stability, performance, and security on Linux systems.

• Implement monitoring, logging, and failover systems for deployed agents to ensure continuous reliability.

• Diagnose performance bottlenecks to improve accuracy and contextual understanding.

Required Skills

• Proven ability to provision personal AI agents to solve real-world problems.

• 2+ years of experience with the Linux/Unix environments (specifically Ubuntu/Debian), Linux/Unix file structure and usage of the bash language.

• 2+ years experience with Git and established version control best practices.

• 1+ years of experience working on projects that make use of data formats such as JSON or YAML.

• Understanding of how LLMs function, including their strengths and weaknesses.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
