Job Responsibilities

• Partner with business and legal stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities that enhance workflow efficiency.
• Map and analyze processes to uncover bottlenecks and recommend streamlined solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Power BI).
• Integrate automation tools with existing firm systems and data sources.
• Maintain documentation and ensure process consistency across teams.
• Oversee testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of automation projects.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI and legal tech trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience Needed

• 5+ years of experience in application design, development, and workflow/process automation.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot Studio, Power Automate, PowerApps, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies and business analysis.
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus.
