Role summary
GMI Cloud is seeking a Tech-Ops Hacker for a 6-12 month contract to automate their global recruitment lifecycle. This role focuses on re-engineering the talent acquisition foundation using an AI Stack to build a non-linear growth engine. Key deliverables include integrating and optimizing ATS platforms, deploying LLM-based tools for screening and matching, and implementing autonomous scheduling via AI agents. The engineer will also develop automated outreach campaigns, hack friction points in the hiring pipeline using tools like Zapier or Make, and ensure data integrity with real-time dashboards and predictive modeling for hiring velocity. The ideal candidate possesses a hacker mindset, deep familiarity with AI tools, ATS architecture experience, and an agile approach.

[Project Deliverables]
1. AI Stack Integration & Landing
- System Landing:
Drive the rapid deployment and optimization of our
ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
.
- Intelligence Layer:
Integrate LLM-based tools to automate resume screening, candidate ranking, and intelligent matching.
- Autonomous Scheduling:
Deploy 24/7 AI agents to handle interview coordination across global time zones (GMT+8 to PST), removing the "human-in-the-middle" delay.
2. Hyper-Automation & Workflow Hacking
- Talent Pool Activation:
Build automated "drip campaigns" to re-activate our passive database using personalized AI outreach.
- Friction Removal:
Identify repetitive tasks in the sourcing-to-onboarding pipeline with automation (e.g., Zapier, Make, or custom scripts).
3. Data-Driven Architecture (The Source of Truth)
- Real-time Visibility:
Ensure 100% data integrity and real-time dashboards for all global vacancies.
- Predictive Modeling:
Use data to pinpoint friction in the "Talent Supply Chain"—predicting RFS (Ready For Service) delays based on hiring velocity.

- The Hacker Mindset:

Deeply familiar with the AI ecosystem (OpenAI API, Claude, LangChain, or AI-sourcing tools).
- ATS Architect:
Proven experience in landing and optimizing platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
