Role summary

Google is seeking a Senior UX Designer to drive AI transformation by creating intuitive user experiences for complex enterprise AI marketing ecosystems. This role involves defining product architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams (UX, Product, Engineering, Marketing), and applying user-centered design methods from concept to execution. Responsibilities include mapping business processes, facilitating workshops, and synthesizing data into service blueprints and journey maps to automate and expedite marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interaction design, enterprise UX, and a passion for user-centric problem-solving in AI-driven environments.

### Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.

### Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience solving organizational and technical challenges in the enterprise space with empathy and clarity.
  • Experience building and shipping AI tools or comparable products in complex enterprise domains.
  • Portfolio showcasing enterprise case studies with integrating workflows across disparate groups, processes, or technologies.

As an Interaction Designer, you'll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products.

As a Product Designer/UX Strategist, you will define how our technology and operational services evolve to increase marketers’ velocity, and the impact of their campaigns. You will skew toward service designers, information architects, prototypers, and folks who interrogate data. You’ll accelerate Google’s AI transformation internally, both in refining UX processes, and in shaping the ecosystem experiences our marketers use every single day.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. ## Responsibilities

  • Define the architecture of the emerging AI marketing ecosystem by uncovering and mapping business processes throughuser/stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, stakeholder/tool mapping, and facilitating co-creation workshops.
  • Be a trusted partner and collaborator with UX, product, engineering, and marketing subject matter experts to bring a powerful user-centered perspective and drive strategic direction and product decisions.
  • Define how AI can automate, simplify, and expedite manual operations and marketing journeys.
  • Synthesize complex, conflicting data into actionable artifacts likeservice blueprints and journey maps that drive organizational change.
