
Product Manager, Agentic Productivity
Role summary
We are seeking a Product Manager to join the Agentic Search team at Google, focusing on enhancing Google Search with AI-powered productivity features. This role involves guiding technical products from conception through launch, connecting the technical and business aspects to create seamless, intuitive user experiences. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and marketers to develop agentic features that handle complex user journeys, saving users time and effort. The position requires a strong understanding of product management principles, experience with end-to-end product lifecycles, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions impacting millions globally. This is a hybrid role based in New York or Mountain View.

### Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management, or a related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
### Preferred qualifications:
- Experience designing intuitive user experiences that make complicated tasks feel easy and simple, ensuring users feel safe.
- Ability to establish metrics and evals for subjective or generative experiences.
- Ability to align stakeholders across teams to unblock dependencies and hit dynamic launch goals.
- Ability to be comfortable diving into architecture decisions and system integrations.
- Ability to navigate highly opinionated stakeholders, driving consensus without a lowest common denominator approach.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. ## Responsibilities
- Bring tools like Gmail, Calendar, and Drive into AI Mode with a consumer-first mindset, ensuring the end-to-end experience is intuitive, seamless, and highly useful.
- Meet users exactly when they need productivity help in context — like drafting an email to a partner right after booking a hotel, or automatically checking calendar availability to lock in a date night.
- Partner closely with Workspace teams and other highly opinionated stakeholders to lock in shared technical approaches and ensure mutual product needs are met.
- Build the underlying productivity frameworks that power other vertical and informational journeys, enabling teams in travel, dining, and beyond to easily leverage email and calendar capabilities.
