Role summary

Google is seeking a Full Stack Founding Senior Product Manager to drive innovative AI products from conception to launch. This role involves connecting technical and business aspects, guiding product development, and working cross-functionally with engineers and designers. The position is part of the AI2 Innovation Accelerator team, utilizing a venture studio model to rapidly execute disruptive ideas. Responsibilities include using AI-native tools for prototyping, replacing PRDs with live demos, solving technical blockers, and embedding with customers to identify use cases for AI agents. The role requires a strong understanding of the AI and LLM landscape, with preferred experience in coding and AI design tools.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
  • Experience building and automating a project with AI coding and prototyping tools (e.g., Antigravity, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • Experience founding a startup or shipping significant side projects.
  • Experience in working directly with customers to architect and build technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with the LLM landscape (RAG, Agents) and the ability to troubleshoot.
  • Ability to write and debug code (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) and build working applications.
  • Ability to create polished, user-friendly interfaces using AI design tools (v0, Figma) without a dedicated designer.

We utilize a venture studio model, investing in entrepreneurial founders, removing organizational and bureaucratic bottlenecks to enable teams to execute quickly, fail-fast, and learn and iterate. We are embedded within AI2 as an organization, which partners with product areas across Google to identify their highest priority business objectives. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Use AI-native tools (Cursor, Replit, Lovable) to rapidly prototype full-stack applications, turning abstract ideas into clickable reality in days.
  • Replace static product requirements documents (PRDs) with live demos to show partners what is possible, validating desirability before significant engineering investment.
  • Solve hard technical blockers and unblock the path to launch, acting as a co-builder alongside engineering teams.
  • Operate with autonomy, optimism, and bias for finding creative solutions to unblock the path from 0 to 1.
  • Embed with customers (Forward Deployed model) to identify high-value use cases that can be solved with AI agents. Translate raw pain points into technical specifications and working proofs-of-concept.
