Role summary

gTech Ads is seeking an Account Takeover Program Manager to join their Global Applied Product (GAP) team. This role focuses on partnering with global client and agency solutions teams to empower agencies and partners in delivering enhanced performance to advertisers. The Program Manager will act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership at agency partners, understanding their organizational approaches to Google's Ad products and how modern identity solutions impact business operations. Responsibilities include designing and managing transition plans for secure integration with identity management infrastructure to mitigate Account Takeover (ATO) risks, educating on ATO prevention best practices, and orchestrating rollout plans. The role requires anticipating needs, architecting plans for global, safe access to Google platforms, and ensuring go-to-market execution through debriefs and insight gathering.

### Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or professional consulting.
  • Experience in web/cloud technologies, modern authentication, and data infrastructure.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role translating technical concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical C-level audiences.

### Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in online advertising technology, such as ad serving and demand-side platforms (DSP), online measurement, and Google display buying, delivery, and measurement platforms.
  • Experience in technical project management and collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop internal and external stakeholder networks navigating Google and client-side to build relationships necessary to deliver against strategic plans and projects.
  • Ability to grow in ambiguity, solve complex problems, and navigate across a large organization and distributed team.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client/stakeholder deadlines simultaneously, even under pressure.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$204,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

## Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted advisor to executive leadership at Google’s agency partners by understanding their organizational approaches to access Google’s Ad products and how modern identity solutions impact business operations.
  • Act as thought partner, designing and managing transition plans that enable thousands of users to access Google platforms through secure integration with their identity management infrastructure, mitigating risk for Account Takeovers (ATO).
  • Educate best practices related to ATO prevention, incident response, and supporting playbooks to technical teams and users. Orchestrate the delivery of the rollout plan with supporting extended workforce teams.
  • Anticipate needs by understanding challenges/goals in collaboration with cross-functional teams, architecting plans for global, safe access to Google platforms.
  • Be accountable for the go-to-market execution by conducting regular debriefs, gathering insights on adoption rates, and staying proactive on troubleshooting trends.
