🎯 How You’ll Make An Impact
As our first Event Marketing Manager, you will be the architect of our physical and virtual presence in the AI world. You won't just be "booking booths"—you’ll be designing high-impact experiences that showcase our AI’s power to the world’s leading financial institutions.
From intimate executive dinners to massive industry conferences like, you will own the strategy, execution, and ROI of our event calendar. You will work at the intersection of brand and demand, ensuring every event we host or join directly contributes to our sales pipeline and reinforces our position as the leader in AI-powered operations.

  • Strategy & Execution: Design and execute a high-impact event roadmap (conferences, roundtables, and bespoke dinners) that supports our aggressive sales goals.
  • Go-to-Market Ownership: Own and deliver the full marketing strategy for major tentpole events, including regional data strategies and targeted audience building.
  • Pipeline Generation: Track attendee acquisition and lead capture meticulously, ensuring event activities deliver SQLs and a clear ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales, Product, and Design to align event messaging, coordinate speaker sessions, and ensure our AI agent is presented flawlessly.
  • Digital Integration: Collaborate with the wider marketing team to drive 360-degree campaigns—promoting events via email, social, and PR to maximize reach.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage the event budget, vendor relationships, and onsite logistics to ensure a premium experience for every attendee.

  • B2B Expertise: Proven experience in B2B event marketing, ideally within Fintech or high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Strategic Mindset: You don’t just execute; you think about the "why" behind every event and how it fits into the broader 10-year transformation of AI-powered operations.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in tools like Salesforce or Pardot to track lead acquisition, nurturing, and overall campaign performance.
  • Project Management Mastery: The ability to manage multiple moving parts—from vendor contracts and travel coordination to creative collateral and budget forecasting.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to brief designers, coach internal speakers, and negotiate with external partners or influencers.
  • Relentless Drive: You are a "builder" who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable troubleshooting on the fly during live events.
