Partner Solutions Engineer | East Coast | Remote
Role summary
Grafana Labs is seeking a remote Partner Solutions Engineer on the East Coast to join their growing startup. This role involves acting as a technical advisor to partners, enabling their success through education and engagement. You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams, deliver demos and presentations, support various selling motions, and conduct workshops. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of pre-sales or solution architecture experience, preferably in observability, with strong SaaS sales experience in NORAM and familiarity with qualification frameworks like MEDDIC. Bonus points for experience with OSS-first companies, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and Kubernetes.

As a trusted technical advisor to partners, you'll be instrumental in enabling partner success through education, enablement, and direct engagement. In the United States, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range for this role is $204,000 - $244,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
