Role summary
We are seeking a full-time Business Analyst/Product Owner with a strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and mandatory hands-on experience with the Agentforce platform. The role requires 3+ years of experience in business analysis or product ownership, focusing on gathering and documenting business requirements, managing the product backlog and user stories, and collaborating closely with stakeholders and development teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Only US Citizens and Green Card holders will be considered for this position.
