About the Role

As the Director of Quality, you will oversee quality assurance programs across construction and fabrication operations, ensure compliance with industry standards, and strengthen a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance efforts across field and shop operations.
• Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and documentation reviews.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and safety teams to drive quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering required; Construction Management, Quality Management, or related field considered.
• 3+ years of experience in construction, industrial services, or fabrication environments.
• Experience in a quality or supervisory role with strong knowledge of industry standards

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of welding standards, fabrication quality, and construction quality control.
• Strong understanding of quality control practices and industry codes.
• Ability to lead teams and influence quality culture across diverse environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced project settings
