Job Title: Director of Quality

- Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with
AS9100
,
ISO 9001
, and
Nadcap
standards.
- Lead internal and external audits, customer quality interactions, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee dimensional and metallurgical inspection processes, including
CMM
, and
GD&T
,
- Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (RCCM, 8, CAPA).
- Manage all First Article Inspection (FAI) and
PPAP/APQP
activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, supply chain)
- Analyze quality KPIs and icontinuous improvement programs to reduce scrap and rework
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians.

10 years of progressive quality leadership experience
in aerospace, defense, or high-precision manufacturing.
- Familiar with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and ERP systems.
