Role summary

Greenville Technical College seeks a Program Manager for its Student Disability Services department to lead the development and implementation of the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Program. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

In this challenging role, you will be supporting the SDS - Student Disability Svcs department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following.
The Greenville Tech LIFE Program Manager will provide leadership for the development and implementation of the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Program at Greenville Technical College in collaboration with various campus departments and community partners. This position will be responsible for designing and implementing program curriculum, coordinating individualized supports for students, and developing partnerships with community agencies and local employers to expand educational and workforce opportunities. The Program Manager will oversee program operations including strategic planning, policy development, compliance with ADA, FERPA, and state guidelines, and monitoring program outcomes to support continuous improvement. The role will also include supervising program staff and peer mentors, providing professional development related to IDD best practices, managing program resources and budget, and fostering campus and community partnerships that promote inclusive engagement and student success.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in Higher Education Administration, Social Work, Special Education, Community Engagement, or Counseling. Experience with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), and building community partnerships.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred qualifications master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Social Work, Counseling, Education with a focus on student affairs, program development, or community engagement. Extensive knowledge of intellectual and developmental disabilities, understanding of person-centered planning, and understanding of community resources. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to collaborate across departments. Experience with Microsoft Office Software and excellent office and time management skills.
