TITLE: IT Security Engineer (IAM)
LOCATION: Hybrid – Alsip, IL (on average 1–2 days/week onsite)
COMP RANGE : $ 130k - $140k
Griffith Foods is hiring an IT Security Engineer (IAM) to design, implement, and maintain secure identity and access management solutions across the enterprise, ensuring users, systems, and services are authenticated, authorized, and governed according to corporate policies and industry best practices.

As a n IT Security Engineer (IAM) , your responsibilities will include:
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise IAM solutions including identity lifecycle management, SSO, MFA, PAM, and directory services
- Engineer and maintain Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms
- Integrate IAM systems with Microsoft 365 and third‑party applications using SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and LDAP
- Implement and enforce RBAC, ABAC, and just‑in‑time (JIT) provisioning
- Design and manage Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, and Microsoft 365 Defender policies
- Develop automation and reporting using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and security tooling

Qualified candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology , Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure roles
- 5+ years focused on IAM implementations
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, and M365 Defender
- Proficiency in PowerShell, KQL, or Python
What will set you apart:
- Relevant cybersecurity or Microsoft certifications
- Familiarity with implementing ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR frameworks
- Experience with GRC activities such as audit preparation, regulatory compliance ( i.e. PCI-DSS ), customer inquiry responses
There is potential for a discretionary bonus, with a target of 12 % . This bonus is based on personal & company performance and is not a guaranteed bonus plan .
