This is a high-impact, hands-on role responsible for the design and execution of visual content that directly supports business development, proposals, marketing campaigns, and the firm’s overall market positioning.
This position is designed for an individual who operates with a strong sense of ownership, takes accountability from concept through final delivery, and is comfortable working directly with partners and marketing leadership to produce high-quality, client-ready materials.

Key Responsibilities
Design Execution & Visual Communication
- Design and deliver high-quality visual assets, including proposals, pitch decks, presentations, reports, infographics, advertisements, and marketing collateral
- Translate complex accounting, tax, and advisory concepts into clear, compelling, and visually engaging designs
- Develop creative solutions that balance professionalism with modern, differentiated visual storytelling
- Produce assets for multiple channels, including website, email, social media, events, and recruiting initiatives
- Ensure all deliverables are client-ready, polished, and aligned with firm standards
Proposal & Pursuit Support
- Own the design and visual execution of proposals and pitch materials from initial concept through final submission
- Partner directly with the Content & Proposal Lead, partners, and practice leaders to develop visually compelling, easy-to-navigate materials that strengthen pursuit quality
- Translate win strategies and messaging into clear visual structures that enhance readability and impact
- Deliver high-quality materials under tight deadlines while maintaining consistency and attention to detail
- Continuously improve proposal templates, layouts, and visual standards to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Brand Ownership & Visual Standards
- Serve as a steward of the firm’s brand, ensuring consistent application of logo, typography, color palette, and design standards across all materials
- Own and evolve the firm’s visual identity to reflect a modern, differentiated, and professional brand in the marketplace
- Develop and maintain design templates, visual guidelines, and brand assets
- Ensure consistency across all internal and external deliverables, including those produced by partners, staff, and external vendors
- Partner with external vendors and printers while maintaining accountability for final output and quality
Performance Expectations
- Operate with clear ownership and accountability for all design deliverables
- Deliver high-quality, client-ready materials with minimal oversight
- Enhance the visual quality and effectiveness of proposals and business development materials
- Reduce turnaround time while maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency
- Maintain and elevate the firm’s brand presence across all touchpoints
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field
- 4–7+ years of experience in graphic design within a professional services, corporate, or B2B environment
- Demonstrated experience producing client-facing materials such as proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for presentation and proposal design
- Experience with web development, particularly in HubSpot and/or WordPress, is a strong plus
