Senior MEP Project Manager
Role summary
The Senior MEP Project Manager will lead Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Life Safety scopes for capital construction, infrastructure, renovation, and modernization projects within academic and institutional facilities. This role requires technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring MEP systems are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. The position involves serving as a key liaison between campus leadership, facilities teams, design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, while managing multiple projects in active educational environments. Responsibilities include managing MEP planning, design coordination, construction administration, commissioning, and closeout, as well as overseeing budgets, schedules, and procurement.

Job Summary
The Senior MEP Project Manager is responsible for leading Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Life Safety scopes for capital construction, infrastructure, renovation, and modernization projects across academic and institutional facilities. This role provides technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring MEP systems are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with applicable codes, campus standards, sustainability initiatives, and operational requirements.
The Senior MEP Project Manager serves as a key liaison between campus leadership, facilities teams, design consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders while managing multiple projects in active educational environments.
