Key Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual and automated testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct regression, functional, usability, and performance testing.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved before release.
- Participate in sprint planning.
- Provide feedback on product usability and overall quality.
- Maintain detailed testing documentation and reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases for data validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman or REST clients.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
