Data Analytics Department - Data Analyst

Basic Purpose of the Job
To leverage data analytics to drive business insights, enhance decision-making, and support strategic initiatives. Will be responsible for developing and maintaining interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights to improve patient care and operational efficiency. collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven strategies.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or data driven discipline
Minimum Work Experience
One (1) year in a hospital environment preferred.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

• Strong SQL skills - knowledge of relational databases, and the ability to build and maintain database views
• Ability to perform complex quantitative analysis and translate results into meaningful business insights
• Have demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, and ability to interface with Business, Analytics, and IT organizations
• Ability to work with highly confidential information (including large volumes of Protected Health Information)
