We’re seeking a future team member for the role of
Vice President, Data Scientist
to join our AI Hub team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead complex data analysis projects by applying advanced statistical techniques and machine learning models to extract actionable insights, driving business strategy and operational improvements.
- Build and operationalise automated monitoring pipelines for LLM usage
- Develop methods to detect undesirable model behaviour, non-compliant use, hallucination, bias and model drift.
- Implement automated alerting, scoring metrics and remediation workflows.
- Contribute to AI guardrail development and refinement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that align with organizational goals, demonstrating expertise in data science methodologies.
- Manage and refine large datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy by utilizing best practices in data management and governance.
- Develop and maintain predictive models that forecast business trends, providing strategic recommendations supported by data evidence.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience required. Advanced degree preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in data science or related analytical roles.
- Experience with LLM and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow/Jax).
- Strong Python and experience building ML pipeline in production.
- Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation, prompt design or RAG systems.
- Familiratiy with date engineering, observability, monitoring or MLOps Tooling.
- Understanding of safety alignment challenges and failure modes in generative models.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
