Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer. The role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions by implementing and managing comprehensive quality assurance processes. Daily tasks include creating and executing test plans, identifying software defects, performing manual testing, and collaborating with software developers to ensure compliance with quality standards. The engineer will also provide insights to help refine processes and improve software development and testing methodologies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Software Quality, Software Quality Assurance, and Quality Assurance processes.
• Strong experience in Manual Testing to identify and address system defects effectively.
• Proficiency in Software Development concepts and ability to collaborate with developers for quality optimization.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively work in remote teams.
• Solid understanding of agile and other software development methodologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in test automation tools or frameworks is desirable but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with AI-related technologies or SaaS products is a plus.
