Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Software Quality Assurance Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by performing manual testing, developing and executing test cases, and identifying and documenting software issues. You will work closely with the software development team to ensure a seamless user experience and adherence to quality standards. Additional responsibilities may include assisting in setting up quality assurance processes and tools to enhance testing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience and proficiency in Software Quality, Quality Assurance, and Software Quality Assurance methodologies and processes
- Hands-on expertise in Manual Testing processes, including bug tracking and reporting
- Understanding of Software Development concepts and familiarity with development life cycles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with automated testing tools or frameworks is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
