Role Description

This full-time, on-site Cyber Security Analyst role is based in Charlotte, NC. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring security measures to protect systems, networks, and applications. Key responsibilities include conducting security assessments, analyzing system vulnerabilities, responding to potential threats, and ensuring compliance with security policies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and staying updated on emerging cybersecurity threats will be essential parts of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cybersecurity practices, Application Security, and Network Security
  • Experience with Malware Analysis and threat detection tools
  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to solve complex security challenges
  • Knowledge of industry-standard frameworks, guidelines, and compliance requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other relevant credentials are beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Prior experience in an IT security role, preferably in a high-demand or enterprise environment
