Role Description

The Data Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position located in Philadelphia, PA. The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends and insights that support decision-making. This includes creating comprehensive data models, generating reports, and preparing visualizations to communicate findings. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting various business initiatives with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics
• Knowledge of Statistics and ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets
• Experience in Data Modeling and working with large datasets
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for presenting data effectively
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar applications
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site at the Philadelphia, PA office and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Certifications in data analytics or related fields are a plus
