**About the role**
We're looking for a **Growth Strategist** to help scale our go-to-market motion and accelerate customer acquisition. In this role, you’ll work closely with the founding team to drive growth experiments, optimize our funnels, and uncover new opportunities across marketing, sales, and product. This is a highly cross-functional role, you'll collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer success to execute initiatives with immediate impact on revenue and user growth.
### Responsibilities
* Own operations for the growth team including lead tracking, campaign ROI, etc.
* Execute and analyze growth experiments across channels.
* Optimize lead-generation strategies to reach target stakeholders.
* Drive discovery of new verticals.
* Iterate on branding and messaging.
* Build sales enablement material for the sales team.
* Collaborate with the product team to share updates and documentation with our customers.
* Support the sales team by qualifying leads, refining ICPs, and improving conversion rates.
### Must Have
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to and negotiating with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
* 3+ years of experience in early stage startups, working in marketing, with enterprise customers, or similar.
* You are adept at crafting long-term commercial strategies, especially in dynamic, competitive markets.
* Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with ambiguity and fast changes.
* Extreme ownership, extreme organization.
* Self-starter who thrives with high autonomy.
