Role summary

HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for their Engineering Services Support team in Dahlgren, VA. This role involves managing up to 70 employees and overseeing complex technical projects. Responsibilities include managing contract financials, maintaining project documentation and schedules, coordinating meetings, and interfacing with customers to ensure timely delivery of quality products. Candidates should be highly motivated, process-oriented, and eager to learn. A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or an advanced degree in Business/Technical Management is required, along with 6+ years of management experience in technical environments and proficiency in Microsoft Office. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance are also mandatory.

HART Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Program Manager to work as a member of our Engineering Services Support team in Dahlgren, VA. Candidates who are highly motivated, process-oriented, and are ready to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Manage up to 70 employees.
  • Manage, track, verify and report contract financial information with spend rates.
  • Generate, update and maintain project tasks, action items, deliverables, models, processes, procedures, and other data products in designated repositories in support of Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) or Working Groups (WGs) objectives. This includes follow up with personnel for status, issues, and estimated completion dates to maintain project operations.
  • Coordinate schedules for working meetings, document and disperse meeting minutes, and update planning documentation to align with project direction and decisions.
  • Generate, update, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs), identifying resources, critical path items, addressing schedule issues, and synchronizing the IMS with other program IMSs.
  • Interface with customers to ensure products received on schedule with minimal defects.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline -OR- an advanced degree in Business or Technical Management.
  • 6+ years of management experience working in complex technical environments.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.

Desired:

  • Familiarity with government contracting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
  • Active DoD Security Clearance.
