Associate Producer
Role summary
Wizards of the Coast is seeking an Associate Game Producer for Magic Business Strategy to manage the production and operational processes for Magic products aimed at mass retail audiences. This role involves bridging creative, operational, and business strategy to ensure products are planned, built, and delivered effectively. Responsibilities include tracking commercial and production activity, managing inventory plans, establishing cross-functional processes, defining product development scope and schedules with vendors, and collaborating with various internal teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in production, project management, or product operations, with strong organization, vendor management, and communication skills. Familiarity with mass retail product development and tools like Smartsheet is a plus.

As an Associate Game Producer for Magic Business Strategy, you'll drive the cross-functional production and operational processes that bring Magic products to life for mass retail audiences. This role bridges creative, operational, and business strategy-ensuring our mass market offerings are planned, built, and delivered with excellence.
You'll work in close partnership with our product design team to shape and execute the portfolio strategy, with our vendor partners to ensure product requirements meet customer and shopper needs, with our ops & supply chain teams to ensure inventory sufficiency for business goals, and our game production teams to ensure successful delivery and creative alignment to product goals.
