Sr Technical Producer
Role summary
Wizards of the Coast is seeking a Senior Technical Producer for the Magic: The Gathering Arena production team. This role involves managing a developer squad focused on internal systems for Arena's operation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with technical teams, live service delivery in gaming, and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Responsibilities include roadmap planning, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing obstacles, mentoring production staff, managing partner relationships, and leading direct reports. The position requires excellent communication skills, a servant-leader approach, and the ability to analyze competing priorities to maintain team focus. Experience with enterprise project management tools is essential.
