Data Analytics Manager
Role summary
Wizards of the Coast is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to support the growth of Magic: The Gathering. This role involves partnering with product strategy, sales, finance, business strategy, and economics to analyze profitability, build growth models, and communicate insights. The manager will lead a team of 3-5 data analysts, handle ad-hoc requests, and collaborate with technical teams. A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, 7+ years of relevant experience including 2 years of team leadership, and proficiency in R, Python, or SQL are required. Familiarity with gaming is a plus.
