Step into a high-impact role where you will drive the financial heartbeat of complex global contracts within the electronics ecosystem. We are looking for an Excel power user and analytical thinker to manage the full lifecycle of Strategic Quote Management (SQM), utilizing advanced data modeling to safeguard margins and optimize pricing strategies for massive supply chain accounts.
The Role
• Manage end-to-end RFQ processing, including part list preparation, standardized naming conventions, and complex data consolidation to align with global pricing strategies.
• Conduct deep-dive financial variance checks between quoted and awarded pricing to mitigate risks and maximize margin integrity.
• Build and maintain mission-critical datasets, including SQM Design Win Capture Templates and Executive Summaries for senior leadership.
• Perform sophisticated "Won/Lost" financial analysis to identify emerging pricing trends, competitive market gaps, and strategic growth areas.
• Execute "cradle to grave" contract monitoring, ensuring financial performance and compliance throughout the entire global contract lifecycle.
What You'll Need
• 1–3 years of experience in data administration or financial analysis, ideally within the electronics or hardware distribution industry.
• Mastery of MS Excel is non-negotiable, including advanced formulas (V-Lookups, X-Lookups, If Statements, Concatenations), Pivot Tables, and Macros.
• Hands-on proficiency with MS Access, specifically for Query building and Table creation to manage large datasets.
• Proven ability to make evaluative judgments based on complex data analysis in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and National Account Managers on pricing execution.
