The Role

• Lead the design and deployment of end-to-end GenAI solutions, including autonomous agents, RAG patterns, and complex LLM orchestrations.

• Build and optimize robust data pipelines and scalable APIs to make AI models and tools accessible across the enterprise ecosystem.

• Architect distributed, event-driven systems using Python, Java, or TypeScript, ensuring high reliability, security, and performance tuning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Data Scientists and Business Leaders to translate high-level strategy into production-ready software.

• Implement advanced agentic frameworks like Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen while integrating enterprise tools via MCP.

What You'll Need

• 6+ years of professional Software Engineering experience with a strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design.

• 4+ years of expertise in Full-stack development using Python (required), with additional proficiency in JavaScript, Java, or TypeScript being a major plus.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI applications using LLMs (OpenAI, Llama) and orchestration tools like LangChain or Semantic Kernel.

• Proven experience with Cloud Computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and both SQL and NoSQL database management (Elasticsearch, Vector DBs).

• Strong architectural skills for distributed systems, including experience with RAG/search patterns and AI evaluation guardrails.
