This hybrid role involves modernizing an Assessment platform using modern technologies like TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Flutter. The Role

• Lead the modernization of an Assessment platform using cutting-edge technologies.

• Architect and implement robust solutions, championing best-in-class engineering practices.

• Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and quality metrics.

• Contribute to platform hosting, deployment, and runtime strategies for reliability and performance.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Need

• Expert proficiency in modern application development (TypeScript, Node.js, React, React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin).

• Strong experience designing and consuming GraphQL and REST-based APIs.

• Deep understanding of database design and performance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and contributing to DevSecOps practices.

• 10+ years of professional software development experience, with significant senior-level roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
