We are seeking a Data Governance Program Manager for a leading healthcare organization at the forefront of digital innovation. The Role
• Develop and operationalize an organization-wide data governance strategy, framework, and roadmap.
• Define and enforce data standards, classification, and protection guidelines to ensure consistent and reliable data.
• Translate data and AI governance policies into actionable strategies and implementable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data governance roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities.
• Provide guidance and training to business users on data governance best practices.
• Stay abreast of industry trends in AI and data governance, recommending proactive improvements.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Management, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of related work experience, with prior project leadership experience.
• Expert knowledge in principles of data governance and program design.
• Highly proficient in data governance concepts (metadata management, data quality, stewardship).
• Knowledge of AI and AI governance, including evolving legal and ethical standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
