Are you a Guidewire expert looking to lead high-impact transformations for the world's biggest P&C insurers? We are seeking a heavy-hitter in Java and Velocity to architect robust solutions on the InsuranceNow platform, driving innovation in a 100% remote capacity for a market leader.

The Role

• Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated product architecture solutions using Velocity 1.7 and Java 8 within the InsuranceNow ecosystem.

• Architect and optimize end-to-end features for Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance clients, ensuring high scalability and system performance.

• Translate complex P&C business requirements into technical specifications, acting as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams.

• Provide technical mentorship and expert guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of high-quality code and continuous integration.

• Drive the adoption of emerging tech and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the digital insurance landscape.

What You'll Need

• Extensive hands-on experience developing within the Guidewire InsuranceNow platform, specifically for P&C insurance domains.

• Mastery of Java 8 and Velocity 1.7 template engines with a proven track record of successful enterprise-level deployments.

• Deep understanding of product architecture principles, including performance tuning, security compliance, and regulatory standards.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to convey technical roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-impact, scalable insurance solutions.
