We're working with a premier global investment bank and capital markets powerhouse on this exciting opportunity. Join a high-performance Quantitative Engineering team to architect the bank's next-generation derivatives source systems and drive innovation on the front lines of finance.

This is a high-impact role where you will bridge the gap between complex mathematical modeling and robust software engineering. You will collaborate directly with elite trading desks and quantitative analysts to build, automate, and scale mission-critical valuation engines and diagnostic tools.

The Role

• Design and develop high-performance analytics and integrated models within the core equity derivatives source system.

• Collaborate closely with Trading and Quants to provide real-time booking, valuation support, and diagnostic insights.

• Drive the automation of release pipelines, testing frameworks, and system monitoring tools to ensure 24/7 reliability.

• Optimize large-scale code bases using modern design patterns and distributed computing techniques.

• Engineer robust downstream data feeds to ensure accurate information capture across the global trading floor.

What You'll Need

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD preferred) in a technical field: Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering.

• Expert-level proficiency in C-family languages, specifically C# or C++, with a deep understanding of multi-threading and memory management.

• Strong experience in numerical analysis and financial modeling, particularly within Equities or Equity Derivatives.

• Proficiency in scripting languages and experience working with complex databases and distributed systems.

• Proven ability to navigate and contribute to large, institutional code bases using sophisticated design patterns.
