We're working with a global financial powerhouse that influences nearly 20% of the world’s investible assets on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a visionary design leader to harness cutting-edge AI and advanced Figma workflows to redefine the foundational frameworks of global finance.
As a Vice President and Senior Product Designer, you will simplify massive complexity and build trust through world-class user experiences. You’ll be at the heart of a "Most Innovative Company" award winner, driving transformative solutions that touch millions of users worldwide while leading a high-performing design team.
The Role
• Lead the design and evolution of global foundational frameworks and complex systems using a user-first, data-driven methodology.
• Map and optimize intricate end-to-end user journeys across customers, operations, and global servicing systems to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Execute high-fidelity Interaction and UI Design for complex web interfaces, utilizing motion and micro-interactions to guide users through elaborate workflows.
• Contribute to and expand a global Design System, creating reusable workflow patterns and components that scale across the entire enterprise.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business goals into functional, technically-feasible design solutions.
What You'll Need
• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, specifically focused on complex enterprise systems or fintech environments.
• Advanced mastery of Figma and Miro for high-fidelity wireframing, rapid prototyping, and collaborative design mapping.
• Proven expertise in Systems Thinking, with the ability to distill intricate requirements into clear, intuitive product navigation models.
• Strong portfolio (Figma link or PDF) demonstrating deep craft in UI/UX, journey mapping, and the successful delivery of complex products.
• Exceptional storytelling and leadership skills used to mentor junior designers and influence senior stakeholders on design investment.
