Vice President, Front-End Engineer

As a VP of Front-End Engineering, you will sit at the intersection of high-stakes finance and cutting-edge technology. You’ll lead the charge in building sophisticated, AI-driven web applications using React and TypeScript, driving the digital transformation of a titan in the global financial system.

The Role

• Architect and lead the development of robust, high-performance front-end applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks like React or Angular.

• Partner closely with UX/UI designers and back-end teams to translate complex financial data into intuitive, high-impact digital experiences.

• Own the code quality lifecycle across the Enterprise Transformation Organization, including rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and comprehensive documentation.

• Mentor and scale a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous technical growth.

• Drive strategic front-end initiatives and stay ahead of the curve with emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in fintech.

What You'll Need

• Typically 5-9 years of professional software engineering experience with a heavy focus on front-end architecture.

• Mastery of the modern JavaScript ecosystem, specifically React or Angular, and experience building scalable enterprise-grade interfaces.

• Strong background in performance optimization, responsive design, and integrating complex APIs.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field; advanced certifications are a significant plus.
