IT Business Relationship Manager – Data and Analytics

We're working with a global healthcare leader and life-changing medical technology innovator on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a strategic leader to bridge the gap between business objectives and advanced data capabilities, driving digital transformation across a multi-billion dollar diagnostics portfolio.

This is a high-impact role where you will act as the primary technology partner for data strategy, ethics, and analytics enablement. You will champion the democratization of trusted data using tools like PowerBI and Azure to empower teams across 160 countries.

The Role

• Serve as the strategic IT partner for the ARDx organization, focusing on data governance, master data management, and advanced analytics enablement.

• Lead the transition from data silos to a transparent, results-driven data culture by leveraging modern platforms like Databricks, AWS, and Azure.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of data-related projects, translating complex business requirements into scalable IT strategies and investment roadmaps.

• Drive innovation in Advanced Analytics, exploring use cases for IoT, Big Data, and AI/ML to enhance healthcare delivery.

• Oversee IT budgets, capital expenditures (RCE), and ROI for global initiatives while managing relationships with external technology suppliers.

What You'll Need

• 8-10 years of IT experience within a large-scale Pharmaceutical or Healthcare environment, specifically focused on business-IT alignment.

• Deep expertise in Information Management practices, including Data Privacy, Data Quality, and Records Management.

• Technical proficiency in PowerBI and SharePoint, with a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Exposure to cloud ecosystems (Azure/AWS/Databricks) and programming foundations (SQL, Python, or Scala) is highly preferred.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage virtual, cross-cultural teams and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
