Role summary
A leading healthcare technology company is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Pricing Strategy team. This role involves partnering with analytics and IT to develop AI & BI tools for pricing insights, evaluating pricing trends using AI-assisted analysis, and analyzing transaction, deal, and CRM data. The analyst will design and deliver pricing recommendations, prepare performance reports, and manage cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in pricing, revenue, or commercial analytics, strong Excel skills, and experience with Power BI or Tableau. Experience with Python/R and AI/ML techniques is highly desired. This is a hybrid, full-time position.

The Role
• Partner with analytics and IT teams to develop and iterate on AI & BI tools for pricing insights.
• Utilize AI-assisted analysis to evaluate go-to-market pricing trends.
• Analyze transaction, deal, and CRM data to identify pricing opportunities.
• Design and deliver pricing recommendations and playbooks for sales teams.
• Prepare and present reports on pricing performance, trends, and insights.
• Manage cross-functional projects to operationalize pricing changes.
What You'll Need
• 4-7 years of experience in pricing analytics, revenue management, or commercial analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions and modeling.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboarding and reporting.
• Experience with Python and/or R for analysis and modeling is highly desired.
• Practical experience applying AI/ML techniques to analytics or pricing is highly desired.
