As a Design Leader on the Digital Channels team, you will harness cutting-edge AI and advanced technologies to simplify the complexities of global finance for millions of users. We are looking for a visionary who can bridge the gap between high-level strategy and pixel-perfect execution using Figma and Miro to redefine how the world interacts with money.

The Role

• Lead the end-to-end design process for complex financial ecosystems, transforming intricate technical requirements into intuitive, high-performance web interfaces.

• Architect comprehensive User Journeys and Journey Maps that align cross-functional teams and solve deep-seated pain points for global operations and retail customers.

• Drive the evolution of a global Design System, creating reusable workflow patterns and components that ensure visual consistency across a massive product portfolio.

• Champion Interaction Design excellence by utilizing micro-interactions and thoughtful animation to guide users through sophisticated data-heavy workflows.

• Mentor and elevate a team of junior designers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high-fidelity craftsmanship.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or Interaction Design, ideally within Fintech or complex enterprise software environments.

• Mastery of Figma and Miro for wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, and collaborative systems mapping.

• Proven expertise in Systems Thinking with the ability to distill complex, data-rich requirements into clear, functional User Interface specifications.

• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and Product Managers to align on a user-centric vision.

• A world-class portfolio (Figma link or PDF) demonstrating deep expertise in User-Centered Design (UCD) and successful product launches.
