Data Scientist

Data Scientist | Hybrid | $83 per hour

The Role

• Own a critical data mining link between raw sensor logs and perception training pipelines

• Establish and maintain rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) processes for classified objects such as pedestrians and traffic signs

• Perform root cause analysis on data quality drops or edge-case failures and communicate learnings

• Define and own Data Quality Objectives that reflect the health and accuracy of perception datasets

• Collaborate with engineers across the organization to improve vehicle autonomy through high-quality data

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science or Engineering major with 2+ years of relevant experience

• Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and analysis

• Advanced SQL skills for complex data extraction and mining from large-scale databases

• Solid understanding of Machine Learning principles, especially object classification

• Excellent communication skills to explain technical data trends to cross-functional stakeholders
