Are you a Tier III SME ready to own the lifecycle of mission-critical COBALT applications? We are looking for a technical powerhouse who can blend high-level application development with advanced enterprise support to ensure system integrity across regulated environments. This role is perfect for a PowerShell guru who thrives on automation, API integration, and performance tuning for large-scale enterprise platforms.

The Role

• Serve as the Tier III Subject Matter Expert for COBALT applications, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex software defects and performance bottlenecks.

• Design, develop, and configure COBALT software modules while driving enhancements to improve system-wide interoperability and business functionality.

• Spearhead automated deployment and configuration management using PowerShell and enterprise endpoint management tools to streamline release cycles.

• Architect and maintain system integrations including APIs, authentication services (Active Directory), and security monitoring tools for seamless data flow.

• Enforce rigorous security controls and Information Assurance guidelines, ensuring all applications meet Zero Trust principles and federal compliance standards.

What You'll Need

• At least 7+ years of deep experience in enterprise application support and software development life cycle (SDLC) management.

• Expert-level proficiency in PowerShell scripting and developing custom automation tools for deployment and operational maintenance.

• Proven track record supporting COBALT software applications or similar high-stakes enterprise-level platforms.

• Strong technical background in systems engineering, including directory services integration, patch management, and automated packaging.

• Experience working within federal government or highly regulated IT environments, with a firm grasp of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
