The Role
• Partner with marketing teams to define and measure full-funnel KPIs, focusing on spend efficiency and channel contribution to revenue.
• Leverage data processing and analytical tools to explore datasets, identify insights, and highlight trends that inform business strategy.
• Translate complex performance data into clear, compelling insights for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Proactively identify opportunities where technology, data, or innovative approaches can solve business challenges.
• Build and maintain scalable reporting systems to improve visibility into campaign performance and channel ROI.
• Develop dashboards and self-service tools to reduce manual reporting and enhance data accuracy.
What You'll Need
• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, eCommerce, Business Intelligence, or a related field with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics and data flow across digital channels.
• Ability to collect, mine, and manipulate data from disparate sources.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with core analytics tools and methods, including data extraction, manipulation, and visualization (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Advanced Excel).
• Experience working with key marketing and telephony insights platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, Invoca).
