The Role

• Design suitable software systems and interfaces for RF and Networking Payload needs

• Develop a strategic plan for team growth from a software and integrated mission outcomes perspective

• Hire and develop a diverse team of software engineers

• Aid in the design of mission-critical systems

• Collaborate on the integration of various hardware and software system elements

• Own the roadmap and mission for software development, gathering requirements and managing delivery

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience

• 10+ years of overall engineering experience

• Knowledge of the full software/hardware/networks development lifecycle, including coding standards, reviews, source control, build processes, and testing

• Experience partnering with product or program management teams

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of industry experience with Telecom, Data Plane networking, or distributed systems
