We're working with a global financial powerhouse that influences 20% of the world's investable assets on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a visionary design leader to harness AI and breakthrough technologies to simplify the world’s most complex financial ecosystems.

As an SVP of Product Design, you will move beyond simple interfaces to architect end-to-end user journeys that power the future of global finance. This is a high-impact leadership role within a Digital Channels team where you will bridge the gap between human-centered design and technical innovation at an enterprise scale.

The Role

• Lead the end-to-end design of complex web interfaces and workflows, translating intricate financial requirements into intuitive, high-functioning product experiences.

• Architect comprehensive journey maps across customers, operations, and servicing teams to identify pain points and drive a cohesive vision for global systems.

• Spearhead the evolution of a global Design System, creating reusable workflow patterns and UI components that ensure consistency across the entire enterprise portfolio.

• Collaborate directly with Product Managers and Engineering leads to align bold creative visions with technical constraints and strategic business objectives.

• Drive the product narrative through high-fidelity prototyping in Figma and strategic storytelling to gain buy-in from executive stakeholders.

What You'll Need

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design, with a significant track record of designing complex B2B systems or fintech platforms.

• Master-level proficiency in Figma and Miro for high-fidelity wireframing, interactive prototyping, and system documentation.

• Deep expertise in Systems Thinking, with the ability to distill massive data sets and multi-layered requirements into clean, usable interaction models.

• Proven leadership experience in mentoring junior designers, elevating craft standards, and fostering a culture of continuous innovation.

• A strong portfolio (Figma, site, or PDF) demonstrating sophisticated UI/UX execution, motion design, and micro-interactions for intricate workflows.
